Mr. Rinku Adarsh broke the record of Japan's Leo Fernandes , Who had a record of playing the drums for 19.5 hours in 1985. At the capital's good old Central Park in Connaught Place on 9 to 10th March in 2000. Rinku Adarsh played the percussion instrument Tabla for 21 hours.
He has received a certificate of London Based Guinness Book of World Records for this feat.

Breaking this records seems to be a fascination for Adarsh. "Three years ago I played in Patna for five hours where I broke the record of Banaras Gharana's exponent Godai Maharaj by half an hour."

Learnt Russian Classical and Folk music in Kiev (Europe).
Learnt Tabla from Late Ustaad Allah Rakha khan of Punjab Gharana in Mumbai.
Achievements
Broke the National Record of famous Tabla Maestro Late Pt. Godai Maharaj of Banaras Gharana by playing non-stop Tabla for 5 non-stop hours. The previous record was of 4.30 hrs created by the Maestro in 1982. Broke this record in 1997 and entered into the hall of fame.
Got the best singer awards in 1990 in New Delhi in the Kishore Kumar’s Category.
Performed in Hotel Intourist, Hotel Moskawa for 3 years every evening in the countries like Ukraine and Russia.
Plays instrument like Congo, Bongo, Trongo, Harmonium, Pakhawaj, Mridang, and Electronic Synthesizer. Fluent in all sort of musical compositions like Ghazals, Filmi, English, Pop, Russian, Experimental, Fusion, Classical, Jazz etc.
Worked with musicians and singers like Anoop Jalota, Rabindra Jain, Anwar, Alexander Ivanwich, Spring Caxton, Gulaam Ali, Birju Maharaj, Julius Screnaro etc.
Performed in St. Peter’s Burg, Moscow, Kiev, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Mexico, Vinitsa, Donetsk, Lugansk etc. as music director and pop Russian Singer.
Worked as the Chairman of “The Global Enterprises” Company which promoted thousand of upcoming Singers and Dancers.
Taught music to hundreds of student free of cost, most of them topped in various singing contest including 'Saregama' Programme on Zee TV.
Did lots of Musical Workshop in Schools and Colleges like St. Xavier High School Patna, Ram Krishna Mission Ashram Patna, Loyola Girls School Jamshedpur, Patna Science College, IIBM Patna, Kiev State Medical University Ukraine etc.
Empaneled in the ICCR, Govt. of India, Ministry of External Affairs as an artist to represent India abroad, 2006.

Event Management
Returned to India in 1995 in vacation and started the company named ‘The Global enterprises’. The aim of the company was to promote the upcoming new Singers and Dancers in the field of music.
"The thought came in Europe when I was moving in the garden that if there could be exams for the Engineering, Medical, Military Organisation, Aviations etc. then why there could not be any such career oriented exams for music."
Keeping this in mind he decided to launch ALL INDIA MUSICAL CONTEST in the 17 State-Capital of India.

A.I.M.C. (Bihar)
 
For the first time about 2000 artists applied for this contest, as before non of the organization had ever organized such a big contest. After Audition he choose 400 contestants. It was organized in the Vidyapati Bhawan & inaugurated by H.E.Governor of Bihar, Dr. A.R.Kidwai on the 27th September 1995. It was a grand success and security officer were not capable of managing the huge rush of audiences. He had to do the entire publicity work. He used to paste the thousand of posters all over the cities, all night with his workers. It was the talk of the town for 3 months.
 
A.I.M.C (U.P)
 
This was organized on 2nd Feb.1996 in Lucknow. Participants from Banaras, Nainital, Agra, Merut, Jhansi, Lucknow, Allahabad etc. participated in this programme. This Programme was organized in the ‘Rai Uma Natha Bali’ Auditorium in Kesarbagh, Lucknow. It was also a grand success. Here the selected contestants from Bihar and U.P. had to compete with each Other and it was a very tough contest. It was relayed on all the satellite Channels and Newspapers- Magazines.
 
National Record Breaking in Tabla
  This was organised in the Vidyapati Bhawan of Patna in which he played for non-stop 5 hours breaking the previous record of 4.30 hours of Late Pt. Godai Maharaj of Banaras Gharana and he entered the hall of Fame in 1997. It was highly appreciated.
 
World Record Breaking in Tabla
  This was organised in the Central Park of Connaught Place of New Delhi in the year 2000. He played non-stop for 21 hours and entered the prestigious Guinness Book of World Records in London. The previous record was of 19.30 hours by Leo Fernandes of Hollywood. This was relayed by all the satellite Channels of the World like BBC, CNN, AP France, DFA Germany, Ohiodo Broadcasting Corp. Japan, Sydney Broadcasting Corp. Australia and Asian Channels like Star, Zee, DD and National channels like Sahara, Aaj Tak, DD Metro, Zee News, Jain TV etc. and Newspapers like The Tribune, The Guardian, Newyork Times, The Times of India, The Hindu, The Indian Express, India Today, Competition Success, Competition Affairs, Pratiyogita Darpan and programmes like Subah Savere, Evening Star, Lime Light etc. and thus he became the International Star. The most important aspect of this event was that it was managed by him itself.
   
Future Plans
  To obtain Masters Degree in Western Music from US University.
