Broke the World Record of percussion Marathon of non-stop drum recital by the famous Hollywood director Leo Fernandes of Japan. He Played on drums continuously for 19.5 hrs. He broke this record playing on Tabla for more than 21 hrs. in the Central park of Connaught place on 9th – 10th March 2000. This was highly appreciated all over the World, since it was covered by all the leading Newspapers, magazines and Satellite Channels of the World. It was shown on channels like Star, Zee, DD1, Metro, BBC World, CNN International USA, AP-France, DPA- Germany Ohiodo Broadcasting Corporation Japan, Sydney Broadcasting Corporation – Australia etc. Domestic programmes include Good Morning Zee, Good Morning India, Soobah Savere, 7 to 9, an evening show etc.

The magazines included Competition Success Review, Competition World, Competition Affairs, Pratiyogita Darpan. It was asked as a question in General knowledge papers of most of the competitive exams of India, including Railway Exams, Bank Entrance Exams, Medical and Engineering Service Entrance Exams, Administrative and C.B.S.E Entrance Exams, Adarsh received congratulation from all over the world like from the USA, UK, Canada, France, Switzerland etc.

This record was after 5 months of Vigorous investigation entered in the largest selling copy right of the World ‘ The Guinness World Records ’. Today I am the only name in percussion from the entire World in the Guinness World Records.

Today most of the percussionists all over the world have tried to play more hours on Tabla than I played but unfortunately nobody did it.
